Derbyshire Mobility Returns Policy
If you are wishing to return an item, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of the original purchase, your return will only be accepted within this time period and you must have retained your original receipt. All refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will only be given on products that haven’t been used, and cannot be given on certain products, including:
Prescriptions Powerchairs
Made-to-measure Furniture
Stairlifts
Bath Lifts
Incontinence and Toilet Products
We cannot refund delivery costs, or insurance costs if we have taken a policy out as part of your original purchase. You must also return the goods at your own cost, or if that’s not possible, we reserve the right to charge a collection fee.
